Images and rights
The Pierre Paulin Estate holds the exclusive right to grant third parties permission to exploit the artist’s works, including rights of reproduction and/or representation under Book III of the French Intellectual Property Code, as well as rights relating to the artist’s personality and trademarks.
All requests to use the artist’s works must be sent to xxxxx.
Any unauthorised use constitutes an act of infringement.
The terms governing reproduction of the work will be formalised in writing and will include, at a minimum, the following requirements:
- The reproduced work may not be cropped or altered in any way, and nothing may be superimposed on it.
- The work must be reproduced in its original colours.
- Every reproduction must be accompanied, nearby or in a detailed list of illustrations, by the caption and copyright notice below.
